Harren defends title; Grinnell wins team crown at NCAA's Central Regional

Northfield, Minn. - Hailey Harren of Gustavus Adolphus College easily defended her individual title and Grinnell College won the team crown at the NCAA Division III Central Region Cross Country Championships on Saturday afternoon.
Harren defended her title by finishing half a minute ahead of the next finisher.
Grinnell locked in the team title with four runners finishing in the top 12.
St. Olaf finished 7th overall. Top finishers for the Oles included Erin Weier (12th, 23:05.37), Brittney Schwager (38th, 23:49.52), and Jennie Hedberg (51st, 23:58.22).
Other finishes for St. Olaf included Jenna Carlson (58th), Michaela McLaughlin (65th), Jackie Kelly (67th), and Stephanie Block (95th).
