Women fall to Pipers 4-1

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Hamline University scored four unanswered in a 4-1 women's hockey win over St. Olaf on Saturday night at Drake Arena.
St. Olaf (9-8-1, 6-4-1 MIAC) took its 1-0 lead on Lindsey Boeser's goal at 12:02 of the first period, assisted by Laura Wild and Kari McClintick.
The Pipers (10-5-2,6-4-1 MIAC), however, responded with Mindy Lein's goal 2:02 later to tie the game 1-1.
Brianna Miller and Anna Johnson added second period scores and Sophie Davidson added an insurance mark in the third for Hamline.
The Oles outshot Hamline 30-26, but the Pipers' Crystal Testolin made 29 saves to earn the win.
