Concordia tops women's soccer

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Concordia had goals from Jill Fancher and Rachel Lewis as it went on to a 2-0 victory over the Oles.

After a scoreless first half, the Cobbers jumped to the lead early in the second half, with Fancher's goal in the 48th minute. Lewis' goal came in the 80th minute.

The Cobbers (5-2-1, 2-0-1 MIAC) had 11 shots, while the Oles (4-3-0, 0-3-0 MIAC) were held to only 2 shots by the Concordia defense.

St. Olaf next hosts Bethel on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
