Ole women second through first day at MIAC's

MINNEAPOLIS - The St. Olaf women's swimming and diving team, led by Alli Beardsley's second place swim in the 200 IM, is in second after Thursday's first day at the MIAC Championships at the University of Minnesota's Aquatics Center.

Jen Marzolf added the Oles' other individual All-MIAC finish of the evening with her third place effort in the 500 Free.

St. Olaf was second in the 400 Medley Relay.

The Oles, who finished second at last year's championships, are 29 behind meet-leading Gustavus.
