Alpine men win regionals, set to compete in USCSA Nationals

The St. Olaf men's alpine ski team took first out of 21 teams at the Marquette regionals on February 16-17.

Three Oles gained top ten honors in the slalom, led by Connor Lund with a second place finish. Collin Bone and Charlie Simacek finished 6th and 10th, respectively.

In the giant slalom Connor Lund (5th), Jeff Stamp (6th), and Charlie Simacek (7th) paced the Oles.

By winning the regional event, the Oles are set to compete at USCSA Nationals in Sunday River, Maine on March 3-8.
