Women's tennis ends indoor season victorious, 8-1

FARGO, N.D.--The St. Olaf women's tennis team finished the indoor season on a high note, defeating Concordia-Moorhead 8-1 in Fargo, North Dakota, on Sunday.

Abigail Ho provided a strong win in the fist singles spot, 6-2, 6-2. Ellen Goerss also emerged victorious, 6-3, 6-1. Aimee Ny won her match, 6-4, 6-3. The Oles also gained wins from Sarah Carlson, 6-2, 6-3, and Ida Hodahl, 6-4, 6-1.

The Oles swept Concordia in doubles action. Kristina Poplavska and Goerss teamed up to win, 8-0. Ny and Carlson also won their match, 9-8, (7-2). St. Olaf also got a win from Anna Klenke and Ho, 8-2.

St. Olaf ended the indoor season with a 2-3 overall record, 2-2 in MIAC play. The Oles will open the outdoor season against UW-LaCrosse in Rochester on April 4th.
