Women's tennis narrowly defeats Bethel

LAKEVILLE, Minn.--The St. Olaf women's tennis team won a close match against Bethel on Saturday, 5-4.
Abby Ho continues to dominate the competition at first singles, winning her match 6-2, 7-5. Aimee Ny also picked up a win, 6-4, 7-5. Sarah Magnuson won by forfeit due to injury. Ida Holdahl rounded out the singles competition with a 6-4, 6-4 victory.
The lone doubles win for the Oles came from Magnuson and Hodahl, pairing up for a convincing 8-1 win.
The win brings St. Olaf to 4-4 on the season and 4-2 in MIAC play. The Oles will take on St. Thomas on Monday in St. Paul with a 4 p.m. start time.
