NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Allyson Connor's second half goal lifted the St. Olaf women's soccer team to a 2-1 win over visiting Bethel University on Tuesday afternoon.

Conner's score came just over a minute after Bethel had tied the game at 1-1 on Brittany Griffore's goal.

St. Olaf (7-4-1, 4-2-1 MIAC), which has won its last three, outshot the Royals (6-5-1, 1-5-1 MIAC) 22-6 and led 1-0 on Deanne Schmidt's tally in the 58th minute.

St. Olaf plays a pair of non-league games in California this weekend at Champman University and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps before returning to MIAC play on Oct. 22 at Gustavus.
