Gusties over women's soccer 1-0

ST. PETER, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 MIAC road game at Gustavus Adolphus College on Wednesday afternoon.

The Gusties got the game-winner early, in the 25th minute on a cross from Chelsea Craven to Christy Tupy. The goal was Tupy's fourth of the year.

The Oles outshot the host Gusties 12-9 but had only four on goal, including a team-best three from Lindsay Howard.

Gustavus netminder Ashley Ohlson earned the shutout win with the four saves.

St. Olaf (7-7-1, 4-3-1 MIAC) has now lost three straight. The team plays at Hamline University on Saturday.
