Tommies turn back Ole men

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The University of St. Thomas claimed a 3-0 men's soccer win over visiting St. Olaf on Wednesday afternoon.
The Oles (9-6-0, 4-4-0 MIAC) managed just two shots in the loss, while the host Tommies (12-3-1, 6-1-1 MIAC) had 14.
Derek Engler broke a scoreless tie with his goal, and game-winner, in the 44th minute for UST. Jon Stillwell scored twice, each in the second half, to seal the win.
St. Olaf, which snapped a three-game winning streak with the loss to UST, hosts Hamline on Saturday at 1 p.m.
