Women's cross country fourth at MIAC's

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's cross country team was fourth at the MIAC Championships on Saturday afternoon at Como Park.
The Oles top runner in the event was senior Annie Knutson, who finished sixth overall. Jenna Carlson, also a senior, was 13th.
Also scoring for St. Olaf were Michaela McLaughlin in 22nd, Katie Duwell in 28th, and Nellie Adams in 35th place.
The Oles combined for a total score of 104 points, good for fourth place. Winning team St. Thomas finished with a score of 66 points.
The individual winner in the meet was Bethel University's Marie Borner, crossing the line in 21:11.47.
The Oles, who were third in last year's MIAC Championships, compete again on November 15 at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships, held in Grinnell, Iowa.
