ST. PAUL, Minn. - St. Olaf sophomore K.C. Beed was named to the MIAC women's soccer all-conference team on Monday.
Beed had two goals and five assists from her midfield position this fall, a season that saw a five-game improvement in the Oles' win column from last fall. Beed was an All-MIAC honorable mention selection as a first year in 2007.
The Oles had two picks on the honorable mention list this year - junior Christina Mills and first year Deanne Schmidt.
Mills was also the Oles' member on the leagues all-sportsmanship team.
Schmidt had five goals, including four in conference play, and two assists this fall.
St. Olaf was 8-9-1 overall and 5-5-1 in MIAC play.
