Men's hockey ties Cobbers

MOORHEAD, Minn. - St. Olaf and Concordia College-Moorhead skated to a 1-1 men's hockey tie on Saturday afternoon.

Roger Trousdale gave the Oles (7-2-1, 5-0-1 MIAC) a 1-0 lead with his goal, on assists from Bryan Giordano and Nick Stalock, at the 15:17 mark in the second.

The Cobbers' Shawn Goos then tied the game with his power-play score with 6:51 left in regulation.

The teams managed only three shots on goal in the extra session.

St. Olaf, which held a slight 27-23 advantage in shots, was 0-for-5 on power plays.
