Men's track opens season at Bethel

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The St. Olaf men's track and field team opened their indoor season this Saturday in an unscored meet hosted by Bethel University.

The Oles' lone event winner in the meet was Doboul Ruon, finishing the 3000 meter run in 8:57.71. Teammate David Green was second in 9:07.54.

St. Olaf's Cullen O'Neill was second in the mile run with a time of 4:22.10. Carleton College's Charlie Gamble won the race in 4:21.41.

The Ole men will race again January 24, when they host Hamline University and Carleton at home.
