NORTHFIELD, Minn. - Mark Torell went 7-for-7 from the arc and had a game-best 23 points to lead St. Olaf to a 68-66 MIAC men's basketball win over Concordia College on Monday night at Skoglund Center.

Torell had a chance to ice the game with free throws with 13 seconds left, but his front end of a 1-and-1 hit the back iron and gave the Cobbers a chance to tie.

On the final possession, Concordia's Darrin Olmscheid missed a running jumper on the baseline to seal the win for St. Olaf.

John Fraase had 19 points and 15 rebounds to pace the Cobbers. Olmscheid added 16 in the loss.

Brady McMahon chipped in ten points for the Oles, who led by as many as 12 in the first half and 14 in the second on the heels of 12-for-18 shooting from three in the win.

St. Olaf will go for its fourth straight win on Saturday when it hosts No. 2 St. Thomas.
