Women's track competes at Coca Cola Classic Meet

RIVER FALLS, Wis. - The St. Olaf women's track and field team competed in UW-River Falls' Coca Cola Classic meet this weekend.
Top performers for the Oles in the meet included pole-vaulter Amie Fillmore, whose vault of 11' 6 1/2" (3.52m) qualifies provisionally for the NCAA championships. This is Fillmore's second provisional qualification of the year.
On the track for St. Olaf, senior Annie Knutson was second in the 5000 meter run, finishing with a time of 18:32.48. In the 1000 meter run, Katie Duwell was third in 3:22.37 and teammate Laura Oliver fourth in 3:25.45.
The meet was unscored. The team competes next at the Parents Day Open, February 21 at the University of Minnesota.
