Anderson, Sekse first as Oles qualify for USCSSA Championships

MARQUETTE, Mich. - The St. Olaf women's alpine ski team, led by senior Calista Anderson and first year Genette Sekse, finished first on Sunday at the United States Collegiate Ski and Snowboard Association (USCSA) Midwest Regionals, earning a bid to the USCSA Championships.

Anderson was first in the Slalom and Sekse first in the Giant Slalom. The Oles had five in the top ten in each event.

St. Olaf finished seventh at USCSA's last year. The Oles will travel to Winter Park, Colo. for the USCSA Championships March 2-9.
