Traynor ties for 14th as men's golf competes at Bobby Krig Invitational

LeSUEUR, Minn. - Mack Traynor finished in a 14th place tie in a 81-player field to lead the St. Olaf men's golf team at Gustavus' two-day Bobby Krig Invitational, which concluded play on Tuesday.

Traynor shot 74 and 77 round in Sunday's rounds before a final day 82, when gusting winds bloated scores for the entire field.

St. Olaf was 10th in the event and eighth overall, as two schools had two teams each in the top 10.

The Oles' next best finishers were Chris Conklin and Bror Herrick, who were each +30 in the three-round event.
