Traynor, Conklin shoot 75 to lead Ole men at SJU Spring Invite

MONTICELLO, Minn. - Chris Conklin and Mack Traynor each shot 75 (+4) to lead the St. Olaf men's golf team at the Saint John's Spring Invitational at Monticello Country Club on Saturday.

Rain canceled Sunday's final round.

The Oles finished ninth overall, and seventh discounting the second teams of SJU and Gustavus.

Conklin and Traynor finished in a 12th place tie, six strokes off the individual winner.

Charlie Johnson added a 76 (17th-tie), while Ryan Lubinsky fired an 80.

The Oles will host the St. Olaf Invitational this weekend.
