Ole women run at Macalester Invitational

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The St. Olaf women's track and field team competed at Saturday's Macalester Invitational.

The Oles' Maren Westby was second in the 3000 steeplechase, Jenna Carlson second in the 5000 and Abby Smith fourth in the 800 to lead the team in the meet.

The Oles, who finished fourth of 11 teams at the event, also won the 4x400 relay and were second in the 4x800.

In the field events, Amie Fillmore continued her solid spring with another win in the pole vault. Fillmore went 3.61m to win the event.

St. Olaf was also paced by Jordan Kling and Susan Kenzie who went three-four in the long jump and Yevette Willaert's fourth place discus throw. Kenzie added a third place nod in the triple jump.
