Men's soccer tops UW-Platteville 1-0

NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The St. Olaf men's soccer team stayed undefeated in non-conference play with a 1-0 win over UW-Platteville on Sunday at Rolf Mellby Field.

Nathan Swenson scored the game's only goal, on a pass from John Zietlow, at 55:56. The goal was Swenson's ninth of the season.

The win is the 10th of the year, which marks the 11th time overall and the thrid straight that head coach Kurt Anderson's Oles have reached double-digit victories.

St. Olaf (10-2-1, 4-2-0) returns to MIAC action on Wednesday with a road test at Saint Mary's University.
