Macalester tops Ole men in double overtime

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Macalester scored on off a corner kick with 5:16 remaining in the second overtime to outlast St. Olaf 1-0 in the semifinal round of the MIAC men's soccer playoffs on Wednesday night.

The Scots' Taylor Rasmussen notched the game-winner on an assist from Jesse Gray. Macalester held a slight advantage in shots (21-15) and shots on goal (6-5) in the win.

St. Olaf keeper Alex Kuehl have five saves in the loss. He made key saves to keep the game alive, including two in the final minutes of regulation and another minutes before the game-winner.

Macalester goalie Matt Weyer, who also made five saves, got the win.
