Many of you probably remember the frustrating contradiction of being 18 years old. Eighteen year- olds can gamble legally, buy cigarettes, vote, even be drafted into the armed services. At the same time, however, many are still subject to the rather oppressing rules of high school, with its constant parental consent requirements and other freedom-limiting restrictions.
Mother Nature wreaked havoc on the golf schedule last weekend, but she couldnt prevent the Ole women from placing second in the shortened, 27-hole Carleton Spring Invitational held at the Northfield Golf Club.
