The St. Olaf mens track and field team demonstrated their considerable depth last week as they competed in a pair of overlapping relay meets the Kansas Relays, which took place Thursday through Saturday at the University of Kansas, and the Carleton Relays, held Saturday at Carletons Laird Stadium.
Not even Mother Nature can slow these Oles.
The St. Olaf baseball team battled the elements in each of their most recent MIAC doubleheaders but still went 3-1 in key conference matchups with Gustavus and Hamline. The Oles split a rescheduled doubleheader with the Gusties Sunday afternoon (inclement weather moved the games from Saturday) and then fought through sleet and rain Tuesday afternoon in a sweep of the Pipers.
In the past week, the St. Olaf womens tennis team has experienced victory, defeat and faced inclement weather. On April 22, the Oles began their scheduled home match against Carleton, but with the teams tied 2-2, the remaining competition was postponed due to rain.
