Basketball cruises to overtime win

Opening their conference home schedule against Concordia on Monday, the St. Olaf men'’s basketball team managed a disciplined come-from-behind effort to earn its first league win, 64-62 in overtime.

The St. Olaf women’'s hockey team picked up three points in MIAC play last weekend, defeating Augsburg 5-2 on Friday and tying the Auggies 6-6 on Saturday.

Swimmers sport top times: Westby carries men, Dolan leads women

Last weekend, St. Olaf’'s men’s and women’'s swimming squad participated in the Carthage Invitational at Carthage College in Wisconsin. The women finished fourth while the men came in third among competition of mostly Division III schools.
