Women capture fifth place

Last weekend, the St. Olaf women's indoor track and field team placed fifth of 12 teams at the MIAC meet, held at Tostrud Center.

Seventh in Tostrud

Last Thursday through Saturday, St. Olaf's Tostrud Center hosted the MIAC Indoor Track and Field meet, though the men's host squad, coached by Bill Thornton, finished just seventh out of 11 teams. St. Thomas easily won the event, with 205 points, nearly four times St. Olaf's total. Last year, St. Olaf finished fourth at the MIAC championships.
