Dittman welcomes 'Fresh Space'

It's that time of year again in the St. Olaf dance department when current works in progress and other various projects are showcased in an informal concert fondly known as "Fresh Space."

What do Bronte fans do when they've read all the 19th century romantic novels they can find? They visit the Guthrie to see the play, of course.

Everybody dance now

At the beginning of last fall, professor Anne Von Bibra saw a void in the St. Olaf community after the disintegration of the International Dance Club, so she decided to take it upon herself to create Community Dance Hour.

Atzingers perform

On Monday, Nov. 5, Dr. Christopher Atzinger held a faculty recital with his wife, soprano Brenda Atzinger and with pianist Dr. Nancy Paddleford in Urness Recital Hall.

"Brothers" questions poverty

"Blood Brothers," running at St. Olaf from Nov. 9-17, begins by invoking the specter of poverty on the audience.
