This error, grammatical and factual, led to the assumption that the building had once been used to process the ashes of the town’s dearly departed.

This is false. What writer Lauren Radomski ‘07 had originally reported was that the building had been the town’s creamery. This fact, however, was lost in the editing process.

The facilities building had never been used to process ashes, but rather had only processed ice cream and other dairy products.
